Home Delivered Meals for Seniors 60 Years and Older

Nutritious, well-balanced meals are delivered to homebound individuals age 60 and older in Kitsap County who cannot prepare meals for themselves. Suggested donation: $5 per meal. Referrals accepted from individuals, family, friends, physicians, and agencies. For authorization, call (360) 377-8511.

Home Delivered Meals for Family Caregivers

Meals are provided to unpaid family caregivers and their care recipients through the Kitsap County Caregiver Support program, giving caregivers a break from daily responsibilities. Availability depends on funding and eligibility. Call (360) 337-5700 or 1-800-562-6418 for more information.

Community meals for senior 60 and older

Join us for Community Meals, where good food brings people together. Adults 60+ can enjoy a hot, balanced lunch for a suggested $5 donation; guests under 60 are welcome for $8. Meals are served at noon, and reservations are required by 2:00 pm the business day prior. Call (360) 377-8511 or 1-888-877-8511 to sign up.

Community Meals: Eat, Connect, Enjoy

The Community Dining Meals Program offers older adults the opportunity to enjoy a hot, nutritionally-balanced meal while connecting with others. Meals are served at noontime for adults age 60 and older (suggested donation $5 per meal). Adults under 60 may dine at the full cost of $8 per meal.   • Bremerton Senior Center – 1140 Nipsic Avenue, Bremerton | Thursday & Friday at 12:00 pm

  • Kitsap Fil-Am Community Center – 1240 Sheridan Road, Bremerton | Third Sunday at 12:00 pm

Meals To Go (Frozen Meal Pickup)

Frozen meals are available for pickup once a week at three convenient locations:

  • Tuesday | Conifer Ridge Apartments – 1721 Fircrest Dr. SE, Port Orchard | 11:45 am – 12:15 pm

  • Wednesday | Hostmark of Village Cove Apartments – 703 NE Hostmark St., Poulsbo | 11:45 am – 12:15 pm

  • Thursday | Silverdale Community Church – 9982 Silverdale Way NW, Silverdale | 11:45 am – 12:15 pm

Our Home Delivered Meals program provides nutritious, well-balanced meals to support the health and independence of older adults and individuals in need throughout Kitsap County.

Meals for Adults Age 60 and Older

Hot, balanced meals are delivered directly to homebound individuals age 60 and older who are unable to prepare meals for themselves. This service helps ensure seniors receive proper nutrition while remaining safely in their homes. A suggested donation of $5 per meal is appreciated. Referrals are welcome from individuals, family members, friends, physicians, and community agencies. To request authorization for meals, call (360) 377-8511.

Nutrition & Support: Care Beyond the Meal

Liquid Nutrition Supplement
Available by prescription for individuals age 60 and older with special medical needs. Donations are requested and appreciated.

Dietary Counseling & Nutrition Education
Registered dietitians provide counseling and nutrition education to all Meals on Wheels clients at no charge, planning meals that are nutritionally balanced and appropriate for seniors. Click here to see carbohydrate and sodium information for meals.
