About Jingle Fest

Jingle Fest is Meals on Wheels Kitsap’s annual holiday craft and gift show, created to bring the community together for festive shopping while raising funds and awareness for local seniors. The event features talented artisan crafters, small businesses, family-friendly activities, and seasonal fun—all in support of our mission to provide nourishing meals and vital services to older adults in Kitsap County.

Admission & Giving

Admission is always free. Guests are encouraged to bring new, unisex cold-weather items—such as hats, gloves, socks, scarves, or hand warmers—to support holiday gift bags for homebound seniors. Voluntary, tax-deductible monetary donations are also welcome at the door.

What to Expect

Jingle Fest offers a warm, welcoming holiday experience for all ages, including:

  • A curated selection of local artisans and vendors

  • Holiday music and cheerful atmosphere

  • Kids activities and seasonal crafts

  • A community bake sale benefiting Meals on Wheels Kitsap

  • Complimentary gift wrapping by volunteers (donations appreciated)

  • Special appearances by Santa for festive photos

Since 1973, Meals on Wheels Kitsap has provided meals, nutrition, and support services that help seniors live with independence and dignity. Jingle Fest is one of the ways our community comes together to make that work possible.

Jingle Fest welcomes a wide variety of artisans and vendors. If you’d like to be added to the 2026 Jingle Fest contact list, you can submit an inquiry to receive early event details before applications open publicly.
Being on the list does not guarantee or require participation—it simply ensures you’re informed first.

If you would like to know more about Jingle Fest and be added to our contact list for Jingle Fest 2026, please complete and submit the contact form below. You will be included in the initial mailing that goes out to potential exhibitors *BEFORE* we begin soliciting exhibitors publicly. Please note: A benefit to vending with us is that prior year exhibitors are always offered first right of refusal.

  • Absolutely not! We are merely building a contact list for next year. Actually, it is an advantage to you because you will receive event notification first, before it goes public.

  • No, it does not! Again, we are just collecting names of potential exhibitors for next year. But because you will be receiving event notification before it goes public, you'll have an opportunity to submit your application and payment in advance. If your application is accepted, that will guarantee you a spot.

  • No, this is a "family friendly" event and all ages are welcome. We invite you to bring the whole family and spend the day with us.

  • There is no cost to attend. Admission is always FREE to all. At the door, we are accepting donations of cold weather items for holiday gift bags for our home-bound senior clients! Voluntary tax-deductible monetary contributions are gladly accepted at the door.

  • Yes, below is a recommended list of items you may wish to donate. Please be sure they are NEW and Unisex -- not specific to male or female. For the health and well-being of our senior clients, please be sure the items are new.

    • Caps, hats and beanies

    • Head wraps

    • Gloves and mittens

    • Socks and booties

    • Scarves and wraps

    • Hand warmers

  • Yes, FREE parking is available in front of President's Hall and in the lower lot adjacent to the Kitsap Sun Pavilion.
