The event will be held at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds, President's Hall, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The larger venue will allow us to bring in twice the number of artisans, crafters, and small home-based businesses. Another successful "Whale of a Run" thanks to all of you! Meals on Wheels Kitsap hosted the 37th Annual "Whale of a Run" Race in conjunction with the Annual Whaling Days Festival on Saturday, July 29th. Thank you to all runners and race participants, run sponsors, event and prize donors, and all of our volunteers. None of this would have been possible without you.

Saturday, March 4, 2017 - Comedy For a Cause
Held at the White Horse Golf Club in Kingston - it was an evening of great humor and comic relief. Seasoned comedian Art Krug took the stage and had everyone laughing the entire time. He is a top national touring sensation and teamed up with up and coming stand-up comedian from Baton Rouge, Chase Meyers.
November 5, 2016 - Jingle Fest
Held at the Silverdale Beach Hotel, the event brought more than 600 attendees looking for gifts and wares for the special people in their lives. There were 48 artisan, craft, and direct sales exhibitors on hand, entertainment throughout, a bake sale, family photo sessions, and more! This was our 3rd year hosting this event and it keeps getting better and better each time. The 2017 Jingle Fest show will be held on Small Business Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds, President's Hall.
July 30, 2016 - Whale of a Run
For the first time, Meals on Wheels Kitsap produced the 2016 Whale of a Run and the event was a huge success. Planning has already begun for the 2017 run and more information will be posted to our website as it becomes available.
May 25, 2016 - Silver Plate Awards Breakfast
Our 2016 Silver Plate Awards Breakfast was held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at the Kitsap Conference Center and we were so pleased to honor three (3) wonderful individuals who are making a huge difference in and around our Kitsap County community. We accept nominations year-round. If you know of a senior citizen, aged 60 and over, who is making a difference in your community, please consider nominating them for our award.
March 12, 2016 - BUNCO EGGS-travaganza
We hosted a BUNCO benefit at Ambrosia Catering in East Bremerton. It was another successful event wherein we had an opportunity to raise awareness about Meals on Wheels Kitsap and those we serve.
February 9, 2016 - Fat Tuesday Parade of Floats
We were once again given the opportunity to participate in Clearwater Casino's 2016 Fat Tuesday Parade to help raise awareness and funds for Meals on Wheels Kitsap. Thank you to all volunteers, friends and family members who voted for our float.
