Since 1973, Meals on Wheels Kitsap has been providing meals, nutrition and support services to improve the health and quality of life for seniors and others with hunger and health needs in Kitsap County.
There are many costs associated with producing an event of this nature. All funds raised through event sponsorship, community support, and vendor fees will help us meet the growing need for services to seniors in our community.

We invite your participation in our 7th Annual Jingle Fest Holiday Craft & Gift Show. The event will be held as follows:
When: Saturday, November 27 & Sunday, November 28, 2021
Where: Kitsap County Fairgrounds, President's Hall
The past 17 months have been challenging for all of us, and we are very happy to see our communities reopening and returning to the “new” normal. Part of our new normal is hosting the 7th Annual Jingle Fest Holiday Craft & Gift Show.
We are pleased to announce the following:
Since our humble beginnings in 2014 through our successful event in 2019, our goals have remained the same -- to provide a fun holiday shopping experience while raising funds and awareness for Meals on Wheels Kitsap. Our vendors play an important role in this regard.
Meals on Wheels Kitsap has provided seniors in Kitsap County with nutritious, well-balanced meals served at one of eight community dining sites or delivered directly through our home delivered meals program for the medically-homebound since 1973.
We aspire to produce a high quality event spotlighting some of the best artisan crafters and direct sales products available. Our show will be promoted extensively through traditional and social media venues to ensure the local community has been well informed of the event.
Exhibitor Fee: $175 for two (2) days and includes a 10' x 10' space, with a 10' back curtain and 3' side curtains, fully piped & draped. Power, tables, or chairs are NOT included, but are available at an additional cost. See optional add-on’s below. We do not charge exhibitors a commission on sales made during our show. They keep 100% of all sales proceeds.
We are accepting exhibitors and vendors up to our cutoff date of October 13, 2021 or until spaces fill up.
Food Service and Food/Gift Exhibitors
Exhibitors selling food items of any kind are required to meet Kitsap Public Health District requirements and obtain necessary temporary food permits. For information, call (360) 728-2235 or visit www.kitsappublichealth.org.
“THE EDGE” - NEW IN 2021: It’s optional and only available to a limited number of exhibitors. For an additional $25 fee, only 30 exhibitors with “The Edge” will enjoy the following added benefits — (1) business name, booth number and mapping on “The Edge” passport, (2) additional promotion over PA system during two-day event, (3) special exhibitor ID badge with “The Edge” designation, and (4) prominent booth signage.
“The Edge” = $25.00 (first-come basis)
8 ft. table = $8.00 each
Chair = $2.00 each
Electrical - Booth = $10.00
Electrical - Spider Box = $75.00
Our *NO BOOTH SHARING* POLICY:
Please be aware that we DO NOT allow booth sharing. That means no more than one business may operate out of a single booth. It's ONE booth; ONE business.
If you are interested in participating, you may:
1. Submit your application online - A paypal service fee of 3% will be added to the total amount due when registering and paying electronically and online. If using our online registration option, you will receive a PayPal invoice from us within 24 hours of your registration submission. The invoice is due on receipt. Your application will not be considered received or valid until full payment is received. APPLY NOW!
All of our online applications are date & time stamped. If we receive more than one electronic application for the same direct sales company/product, we will process them on a first come basis. We will confirm receipt of your application by email.
